Placing Orders

You can place an order directly through our website or by contacting us at admin@radialrehab.com. We’re happy to help you choose the right products and ensure your purchase is smooth and stress-free.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For larger or custom orders, we also offer the option to pay via e-transfer or direct bank deposit. Please contact us at admin@gmail.com if you’d like to arrange alternate payment.

Yes, our website is SSL encrypted, and all payments are processed through secure, PCI DSS compliant systems. 

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing, in addition to shipping time. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

We offer free shipping on electric massage tables within the Greater Vancouver area. For all other products, we provide heavily discounted, cost-effective delivery rates across Canada.

Curbside delivery means the carrier will bring your package to the front of your property. The truck will pull up to your address, lower the package(s) using a liftgate, and place them at ground level — typically on your driveway, sidewalk, or just outside your business entrance.

If you require the package(s) to be placed inside the building, additional charges will apply. Please contact us for a quote.

Return and Warrant

Return Policy

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping costs), with RMA authorization. After 14 days, a 15% restocking fee applies. Returns are not accepted after 30 days.

All returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in sellable condition. Items that have been opened, used, or marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged and defective

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon delivery. Be sure to include:

  • Photos of the damage or issue

  • A detailed description of the problem

  • Your proof of purchase

We’ll assist you with troubleshooting or arrange a warranty replacement if eligible.

Our tables come with a comprehensive warranty covering both parts and labor. Warranty details may vary by model, but in general:

  • Lifetime warranty on table frames

  • 5-year warranty on the motor and electrical components
